Bristol Bears have revealed their away shirt for the 2020/21 season, and after the mild disappointment that yesterday’s home shirt reveal didn’t live up to the 90s expectations of the training kit, but they were clearly saving it for the away design.
Okay it’s not retro 90s in the we perhaps expected, but the new jersey brings the diamond pattern all over that original training wear and turns it into … well, a big honkin’ bear face.
The diamonds also make an appearance in more abstract fashion on the shoulder and its a really nice way to tie the whole Umbro range together.
Bristol will presumably wear their new away kit this weekend for their Premiership semi-final against Wasps.
