Well, no… of course they didn’t, but the Scottish club did take the slightly odd move of comping two images of Scotland flanker Jamie Richie into one pic rather than taking the more normal move of having two DIFFERENT people in the same picture. Maybe it’s a social distancing thing.
Anyway, Edinburgh have indeed launched their new 2020/21 jerseys for the new season, which feature a running rather nice ‘upwards chevron’ pattern that can be seen most clearly on the side vents of the home shirt, but are also there as a texture on the white away jersey.
Other than that, it’s all rather clean and crisp and classy – the low profile classic collar is SO low profile we wonder why they’ve bothered but other than that… it’s good!
