Worcester Warriors have revealed their brand new home and away jerseys from new kit supplier, Irish brand O’Neills.
It was announced that O’Neills were unexpectedly taking over from Lovell Rugby sub-brand VX3 back in May, and unlike other new kit manufacturers who are due to take over for the 2020/21 (such as Bristol and Leicester), Worcester have began using their new gear straight away.
The new home shirt is classic Warriors blue with gold with irregular pinstripes across the top third of the design, while the away is an interesting teal with white trim and a tonal Warriors logo across the front.
Both shirts also feature new main sponsor Adam Hewitt Agricultural Plant & Salvage Auction, which is not only one of the most ‘eh?’ sponsors of a top flight sports club we can remember, but also manages to be both massive and ugly on the front of the jersey.
Worcester’s new jerseys are available now from the club shop – what do you think of the new kit Warriors fans?
This is not the best. I like Worcester, and I like O’Neills, but this jersey is not great, and the sponsor is terrible. I wanted to get last season’s jersey, but the massive big white box for the number on the back looks so terrible too.
