Wasps have revealed the brand new 2019/20 jerseys that the Coventry-based club will wear throughout their forthcoming Gallagher Premiership and Champions Cup campaigns.
The jerseys, which are once again made by Under Armour, are the first to sport Vodafone – Wasps’ brand new main sponsor, and are a great deal more restrained than last season’s partially hooped design.

The shirts are solid colour designs with a simple square-V collar and an interesting humped black and gold chevron pattern on the shoulders. The home shirt is the classic black, while the away shirt ditches the white shirts of recent years in favour of a much more interesting all-gold away design.
Wasps launched the shirt at Coventry’s transport museum this afternoon, presumably because chevrons equal… cars? Anyway, here’s a picture of Dan Robson and Thomas Young sporting the new kits in front of a DeLorean from Back To The Future for no apparent reason.

We imagine that both Thomas and Dan are both wishing that they could use the DeLorean to go back in time and make Warren Gatland and Eddie Jones watch more Wasps games before this World Cup.
Anyway, new shirts are out now, and will be worn for the first time presumably when Wasps kick off their preseason campaign. Keep an eye on Rugby Shirt Watch for all the latest Gallagher Premiership shirt news.
