Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have signed a new kit partnership with Classic Sports, and have revealed their brand new home shirt in the process.
The Bulldogs and Classic coincidentally were both founded in 1934 and have a long history together. Five of the Bulldogs’ eight Premierships were won wearing Classic shirts – 1980, 1984, 1985, 1988 and 1995.
The new home shirt is broadly similar to the Canterbury jerseys the Bulldogs have been in for the last few years, but with a tweaked and a more traditional chevron.
“Classic Sportswear are an established brand that are a great fit for the Bulldogs and our fans,” said Bulldogs Chief Executive Andrew Hill. “We have a strong history with the brand and that history has resulted in some great success for the club and five Premierships.
“The new partnership coincides with a fresh start for the club and I know that both parties are looking forward to what lies ahead.”
