Connacht Rugby have revealed the brand new away shirt that the Irish province will wear throughout their 2018/19 Guinness Pro14 campaign.
The new jersey – which is once again produced by BLK Ireland – breaks from tradition of a white or light grey change jersey in favour of a dark blue design.
The blue is inspired by the deep Atlantic ocean, with the silver accents under the sleeves representing the cresting waves that roll in along the Galway coast. The only hint of Connacht’s primary green colour is found in the green piping and stitching on the shirt.
