Saracens have announced the shock return of Nike as kit supplier for the current Gallagher Premiership champions for the 2018/19 season and beyond, two years after the pair parted ways.Nike were Saracens’ kit suppliers between 2010 and 2016, encapsulating the London club’s rise to dominance in both domestic and European spheres, but parted ways with the US giant around the time that rumours were swirling that Nike was pulling out of rugby altogether.Now, after two years with the embattled BLK UK, Sarries have signed a three year deal that will see them being the only top flight club in the UK to wear the famous swoosh.The move also marks a continued resurgence for Nike in rugby, having re-signed Toulouse last season, and their continued relationship with Argentina and the Jaguares, it feels like the world’s biggest sportswear brand is taking a real interest in rugby again, which is great to see.Keep an eye on Rugby Shirt Watch for all the news about Saracens’ brand new Nike kits as it appears.

Great news. Although every man and his dog uses Nike in Football, I always thought it was great that they only supplied Sarries in the UK. In my eyes it elevates both brands and makes the gear much more desirable and elite.
BLK were terrible and couldn’t keep the club properly supplied with the team’s kit let alone what the shop needed!
Very unprofessional in all my dealings with them. It’ll be because they’re heading into administration again (or did they go through that again last year?).
