Gloucester Rugby have revealed their annual Armed Forces shirt for 2017, which the Westcountry club will wear to mark Remembrance Sunday. The new shirt, which is made by the club’s kit partner, XBlades, features a poppy pattern on the sleeves and a tonal camouflage design on the body.
In addition to the jerseys worn by the players, the club will also produce 1,000 replica jerseys available for fans to purchase – for each replica shirt sold, the club will make a £5 donation to the Royal British Legion.
Gloucester will wear the shirt for this weekend’s Anglo-Welsh Cup fixture against London Irish, which the club has designated .Forces Day.
