Northampton Saints have revealed a brand new jersey that the Midlands club will wear for their forthcoming European Champions Cup campaign, once again produced by Macron. The shirt continues the theme of using bright lime green as an accent colour, which is the most striking aspect of their 2017/18 away shirt, but here it’s used in much more subtle fashion.

The new shirt uses a green fade on the sleeves of the otherwise black shirt, which features a prominent grey pinstriped pattern on the front of the design. In a nod to classic Saints colours the pattern also features a pair of green and yellow pinstripes.
Interestingly, in contrast to the home and away shirts, the European jersey once again features Travis Perkins as the main sponsor – TP has opted to promote their subsidiary business Tool Station on the regular designs.
Saints will wear their new European jersey for matches against Saracens, Ospreys and Clermont Auvergne when the Champions Cup kicks off in a few weeks.
